Yoga With Ayesha

Ayesha has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher. She draws inspiration from all the different styles of yoga she has practiced through the years and likes to fuse her knowledge and background in Ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine into her teaching. Classes are beginner level suitable, breath focused and mostly dynamic while keeping precision in alignment, to promote the flow of natural energy and deepen the somatic experience.
